Our Roaster
The coffee we provide is made of the finest Arabic Beans from around the world and it is roasted, ground and packaged in more than 40 flavors.  When you brew the coffee we believe you will taste the superior flavor, aroma and unique character it has to offer.

We offer 1.5 ounce, 2 ounce, 12 ounce and 1 pound coffee bags.  The 1.5 ounce pack makes one pot of coffee, 8 to 10 cups.  The 2 ounce pack is for the commercial coffee makers, pots that brew 10 to 12 cups or those individuals that enjoy a stronger cup of coffee.  You can mix flavors to complete case order quantities. 

For those individuals that enjoy different coffee flavors, we are continuously adding new flavors and at the end of the year we carry special Holiday flavors.  Again, when you brew the coffee we believe you will taste the superior flavor and unique character it has to offer.

Return Policy
We are committed to customer satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied, please return unopened product within 20 days of purchase.  All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt.  Upon receipt of the product we will review the request for the return and issue store credit for the purchase.  After the 20 day we will apply a 30% restocking fee.  We inspect all returns and determine what it will cost to make them resalable.  Any damage will be deducted from the credit. 

Please repackage the product carefully.  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and will be charged accordingly.  We are not responsible for damage during shipping. All shipments will be made via FedEx or UPS Ground. Customers will be responsible for upgrades. 

Custom made or special ordered items may not be returned.


Shipping Policy
We strive to bring you the best service for your money when shipping your order.  We ship via FedEx or USPS.  In residential areas, orders will be left without a release signature.  We are not responsible for loss or theft of delivered merchandise.  All lost, damaged or delayed orders of merchandise incurred during transit must be filed by you with the carrier.  We will assist in the process by providing shipment carrier information.  If you want your package insured, please inform us at the time of your order.  We charge actual cost for shipping and handling including any requested upgrade costs.  We are not responsible for user-submitted errors.

Payment in full, plus shipping charges is required before shipping of your merchandise.  We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

In-stock merchandise ships within 1-3 business days after order is placed and typically arrives in 4-10 business days with standard delivery.  We are not responsible for delayed orders from bad weather, strikes, technical issues relating to e-commerce system or any factor beyond our control. Currently there are no international shipments.  If any minor problems occur, we will send you an email detailing the problem.  You will receive an explanation as to why your shipment has been delayed including your options.

Out of stock or non traditional merchandise may take 20 to 30 days to process.  We will send you an email detailing an estimated delivery time for merchandise and give you the option of changing your order.

When ordering multiple dry merchandise items such as coffee, tea, coca and cappuccino, they will be combined for packaging unless otherwise requested by the customer at time of order. Both liquid merchandise and brewing equipment will be shipped separately.

We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday, national holidays and company holidays.
